“If one believes that human wisdom can be summed up in two words, fails to understand the definition of wisdom”

Changing it to Patience, and hope, and its a pretty good definition to me:)

1. The ability to discern or judge what is true, right, or lasting; insight.
2. Common sense; good judgment: "It is a characteristic of wisdom not to do desperate things" (Henry David Thoreau).
3.
a. The sum of learning through the ages; knowledge: "In those homely sayings was couched the collective wisdom of generations" (Maya Angelou).
b. Wise teachings of the ancient sages.
4. A wise outlook, plan, or course of action.
5. Wisdom Bible Wisdom of Solomon.

G - here's a prayer we use when we take the Eucharist to those who are homebound, hospitalized, or diagnosed as being close to the end of their lives.
"Father, your Son endured the sufferings of the cross because he had HOPE in the coming of your kingdom. May the power and presence of Jesus renew Gina in HOPE and give her the PATIENCE she needs until you fulfill your PROMISE of HEALTH and SALVATION. We make this prayer through Christ our Lord."
Blessings to you, and in reference to a more recent post of yours - I've never had so little "extra" money in my life. (Well, there ain't none, let alone extra. But I'll take my family over money any day.)
Christmas has to be in our hearts, and it should be so all year long.
So glad you got good treatment for your family in Idaho - I sure liked growing up there!
